Questions are welcome

Useful answers.
Before the room.

Start here for the practical details. Personal suitability still belongs in a private consultation.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?+

No. A concern, a timeline, or even a vague sense that something has changed is enough. The consultation exists to translate that into options, including the option to do nothing yet.

Are consultations required for injectables?+

Yes for new clients and whenever health history, goals, or a treatment plan has meaningfully changed. The consultation covers suitability, alternatives, risks, cost, and the result you would rather avoid.

Will I look overdone?+

The studio’s default is conservative and staged. No provider can promise a perfectly undetectable result, but the plan can start small, preserve movement, and include a review before adding more.

How should I plan around an event?+

Tell us the date before booking treatment. Swelling, redness, or bruising can be unpredictable, so important events deserve more breathing room than the typical recovery window suggests.

What does pricing include?+

Published prices are starting points. A consultation provides the relevant product amount, appointment sequence, review policy, and total expected cost before you consent.

What is the cancellation policy?+

Please give 48 hours’ notice. A $75 late-cancellation fee may apply, while genuine illness or emergencies are handled with judgment.

Can I bring someone with me?+

Yes for consultation support. Treatment rooms are small, so we may ask companions to wait in reception during the procedure itself.

Is the clinic in Toronto?+

LumaSkin is set in Unionville, Markham, within the Greater Toronto Area, about 35 kilometres northeast of downtown Toronto.
