AI AND AUTOMATION

Practical AI use, with sensible limits.

Jardine Studio may use AI-assisted tools in our work, but we do not use your inquiry or project information to train public AI models.

If AI-assisted tools are used for project work, they are used to support practical tasks such as drafting, summarizing, structuring, analysis, or workflow support. Sensitive information should not be sent to us through the website contact form. If a project requires sensitive data, we will agree on an appropriate handling process first.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The service providers we rely on.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and handle inquiries. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Their own privacy policies apply to the information they process.

  • Vercel: hosting, performance, and analytics
  • Resend: transactional email
  • Upstash: rate-limiting, audit cache, and durable audit lead records
  • Cal.com: booking project calls
  • Automated diagnostics providers: technical website audit checks for submitted URLs

If we add new providers that materially change how information is handled, we will update this policy.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

Minimal, never advertising.

This site uses minimal tracking. We may use a first-party preference cookie or local storage to remember your theme preference, such as dark, light, or system mode.

Vercel Analytics uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. The Cal.com booking embed may set cookies or process booking-related information when loaded or used. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad trackers.

RETENTION

We keep information only as long as needed.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected. Typical retention by category:

  • Contact form and email inquiries: kept long enough to reply and manage follow-up.
  • Project records: kept during the project and for a reasonable period after, in case we need to reference the work, support the site, or meet business obligations.
  • Analytics and performance data: kept in aggregated or provider-managed form where possible.
  • Legal, tax, and accounting records: kept as required by applicable law.
  • Free audit cache: audit results and URL-based cache records expire after about 24 hours.
  • Audit lead records: kept as CRM-style inquiry records unless deletion is requested and no legal or business reason requires retention.

You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to legal, contractual, security, and recordkeeping limits.

SECURITY

Reasonable safeguards, no false guarantees.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No website, email system, or online service is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment information, health information, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.
